Profusion Cosmetics needed a way to showcase the efficacy of its influencer program in generating earned media for its retail partners. Additionally, the brand wanted to find out which of its products were mentioned most frequently in earned media, and compare those findings to sales data from its retail partners.
To glean these insights, Profusion Cosmetics turned to Tribe Dynamics’ Campaign Monitoring software feature, which allows users to create customized tracking, measurement, and benchmarking of any activation, product, or influencer group. After selecting influencers to add to the brand’s 2018 holiday campaign, Profusion Cosmetics was able to easily track these influencers’ content and filter for specific mentions of its retail partners and specific products.
